If your ambient temperature is below 15°C, when preheating completed, keep the temperature for 10-15 minutes, which will help with the subsequent roasting of the beans.3. If you put in green beans before the preheating is complete, you will have to ‘INJECT’and ‘Start’ to start roasting.4. The optimal baking capacity is 350 to 400 grams. If the ambient temperature is below 15 ℃, we recommend reducing the roasting amount to 300 to 350 grams.
